Quaison ("Kway-sin") Carter is an agency founder, strategist, and educator who has delivered best in class marketing for well-known brands looking to stay ahead of their consumer's changing needs in an ever-changing digital environment. He's the founder of Built Within which helps in-house brands and agencies start/improve their internal marketing capabilities. Clients include ExxonMobil, P&G, Endeavor as well as a number of small and mid-sized startups. He's also a marketing instructor at the education startup General Assembly and has written for or spoken at many conferences/publications including Entrepreneur.com, Advertising Week and Social Media Week
Startup Growth Lead:
As Startup Growth Lead at Google, Lior helps Startups scale globally. He has a vast experience in performance and brand marketing and with helping startups grow through Product, Business and Marketing.
Lior also leads the Startup Growth Lab - a Google For Startups accelerator.
He is based in Israel, a country known to be the "Startup Nation" with the highest concentration of startups in the world which is ranked 1st by the World Economic Forum for its entrepreneurial culture
Principal Creative Director:
Ovetta has a wide cross-section of experience, which includes marketing, communications, branding and technology. She previously held a position as Design Research Lead at IDEO in Chicago pursuing her obsession with ways to make future technology more human-centered. Today she is currently the Principal Creative Director at Microsoft. Her focus there entails helping them create current and future, human-centered design solutions for frontline workers and companies around the world, tapping into a spectrum of technology that includes AI/AR/VR, software or, if warranted, no technology at all!

Majora Carter is an American urban revitalization strategist and broadcast producer/host from the South Bronx in New York. Carter’s career has spanned environment, economy, social mobility, and real estate development, and her work has won major awards in each sector including a MacArthur 'genius' Grant, a Peabody Award, the Rudy Bruner Award Silver Medal, nine honorary doctorates, and accolades from various professional groups. Her 2016 TED Talk has attracted over 2 million views on .

As vice president of innovation and ventures, Shai is responsible for Orbia’s innovation activities and for Orbia Ventures, our corporate venture capital (CVC) fund. Being an entrepreneur himself, Shai founded a successful start-up and served in business development and marketing roles in several other start-ups. Today he is a mentor and an active investor to several start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Before joining Orbia in 2018, Shai led the Product Management, Product Marketing, and Strategic Crops units at Netafim, the largest irrigation company in the world.

Kathryn Nurse was trained in the USA at a Cosmetic Research & Development laboratory for several years in order to channel her obsession into a viable career as a Cosmetic Chemist. She combined her training in Fashion Management and Luxury Brand Management to create Immortelle Beauty, a company that makes “little local luxuries” and offers the Caribbean lifestyle to women all over the world through beauty.

Kheston is a Neuroscientist with a background in neurophysiology, cancer and experimental neuroscience. He studied Medical Neuroscience out of the University of Sussex in Brighton, England and is a PhD candidate in Molecular Genetics at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. He is the Chief NeuroInnovator at Allegori which designs innovations in education, art, mental health and industry using neuroscience and psychology. He believes strongly that the mind is an important resource to champion and doing so with radically improve our quality of life and performance in our nations.

Sian studied film at NYU’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, and eventually plunged into technology, working in the world of advertising, producing large websites and online media for the likes of MGM, Coca Cola, and Audi. After earning her Master’s at London’s Middlesex University, Sian went on to manage the mobile division of the #1 Independent Digital healthcare company Eveo in 2008. There, she managed a team creating apps for clients that included Genentech, Novartis and Pfizer.
Sian founded Kollective Mobile which specializes in native mobile development and works with a range of agencies, startups and organizations to realize their mobile needs.
Tara is a globally-recognized transformation expert and spiritual strategist to entrepreneurs, intra-preneurs and purpose-driven companies.
She is the author of The Transformational Consumer and the CEO of SoulTour.com, a personal and spiritual transformation company on a mission to help 100 million people care for their souls and succeed in their lives.
Tara spends most of her time guiding students through Daily Rituals, courses and challenges in SoulTour’s School of Spiritual Strategy.

He is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in the finance industry in Jamaica and the USA, most recently serving as Investor Relations Specialist for Left Brain Capital Management, a long-biased hedge fund ranked among the top 10 best performing funds worldwide by Opalesque in September 2017.
David is a Mentor for the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship Caribbean and Founders Institute Jamaica, as well as a graduate of the leAD Sports Accelerator in Berlin, Germany.

Peter Thompson spent the first 20 years of his career in Canada as an entrepreneur (Hurricane Engineering, Synaptic Communications Inc., Denis & Muntener Advertising,
boatbuilding.com, NationLogic Inc.) and the next 15 years as a non-profit executive (Two Rivers Gallery Ltd., Social Enterprise Boost Initiative). He is back in Barbados after 40+ years to help use social entrepreneurship as an economic and social development tool.

Selwyn is a serial entrepreneur and has been working with startups for more than 10 years. He founded TEN Habitat which focuses on developing investor-ready ventures and helping to create a nurturing environment for the growth of entrepreneurs.
